Lesley was known to us as a teacher, director, actor, and friend. Her death is a great shock and a huge loss for so many. Having received a Masters Degree in Jewish Education from Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles, Lesley taught Bible, Jewish literature, and other topics to both adults and children at synagogues throughout the Boston area. She was also a passionate and visionary theater artist. Lesley was the artistic director of The Theatre Cooperative for nine years and an instrumental force for prompting local theatre.
